Design Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We understand that custom challenge coins often represent exclusive unit identities, organizational traditions, and meaningful achievements. Protecting our customers' designs and confidential information is an important part of our service.
Customer-provided artwork, logos, and confidential project information will not be publicly shared, used for unrelated production, or reproduced for resale without authorization. We do not independently manufacture unauthorized extra quantities or sell surplus coins from commissioned production orders.
For customers requiring additional protection, we are happy to discuss and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving confidential artwork or beginning production. Design ownership, mold usage, production quantities, and reproduction restrictions can also be clearly defined in a written agreement.
Our Collectibles Business & Custom Manufacturing
QilaiCoins also operates a separate collectibles business featuring previously issued challenge coins acquired through secondary collector markets.
These pre-owned collectibles are obtained through independent resale and collecting channels and are separate from our customers' confidential custom manufacturing projects.
Our collectibles business does not mean that we reproduce or resell customer-exclusive designs from commissioned production orders. We respect the distinction between legitimately acquired secondary-market collectibles and confidential custom manufacturing projects.

- Sample Production: Approximately 10–15 days
- Mass Production: Approximately 15 days after approval
- Express Shipping: DHL, FedEx, or UPS
- Import Duties: Included in confirmed quotations for eligible destinations
