Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be returned in the same condition as received
The item must be unused and unaltered
All original packaging (if applicable) must be included

Because our products are collectible items, minor surface marks or natural aging consistent with pre-owned collectibles are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items described as pre-owned with condition clearly shown in photos
Items returned due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, expectations, or subjective condition standards)
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Custom or special-order items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

The item
The packaging
The shipping label

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
